Author of the monographs "Civic Participation in Constitutional Democracy. Public Law Perspectives“ and "The Supremacy of the Constitution. Essence and Guarantees", as well as dozens of articles and studies in the field of constitutional law, judicial reforms, anti-corruption legislation, and policies, civic participation, law and religion, political theology.

Abstract

Partnership between public institutions and NGOs within the framework of consultative councils is at the focus of this article. This partnership framework is studied through the prism of cooperative political strategies. Consultative bodies are forms of partnership and sharing of responsibility with NGOs that implement the principles and standards of cooperative political strategies. Existing opportunities for civic and NGO participation through the mechanisms of consultative councils in the process of drafting of legislation are presented.
