Abstract

Over the past two decades, the striving for better regulation in public administration has increasingly been associated with the processes of creating and implementing public policies, as well as with the involvement and participation of stakeholders in it. The report presents an analysis of the of participation of stakeholders in the processes of creation and amendment of normative acts in the field of preschool and school education and aims to answer the question "Does conducting public consultations process include or distance the stakeholders?".
