COHESIVE SOCIETY, SHARED RESPONSIBILITY AND INCERTAINTY FACTORS

The author brings to the fore factors that generate uncertainty at the national level, within a scenario reflecting the existing political crisis in the country. The set goal refers to the study of various factors that, under different conditions, can generate security and vice versa - uncertainty. Methods such as document analysis, artistic abstraction, annals and synthesis, scenario modeling were used. The results are in the form of reasoned conclusions proving the validity of the stated thesis and recommendations for solving the formulated problems. The text is addressed to national security analysts and experts.
